Sarah Stoodley, Parliamentary Secretary for Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation, on behalf of the Honourable Christopher Mitchelmore, will join Nick Whalen, Member of Parliament for St. John’s East, on behalf of the Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development and Minister responsible for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, for a funding announcement tomorrow (Tuesday, August 27) related to support for research and development in the oceans sector.

The event will take place at EN-2100, Second Floor of the S.J. Carew (Engineering) Building, Memorial University, St. John’s, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
