Sarah Stoodley, Parliamentary Secretary for Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation, will attend the annual Sunrise Ceremony at Signal Hill National Historic Site on Monday, July 1, beginning at 6:00 a.m.

Metrobus will provide a free wheelchair accessible shuttle to and from the event starting at the Signal Hill Visitor Centre. After the event, the City of St. John’s invites all attendees to the Visitor Centre for free birthday cupcakes.
