The Honourable Sherry Gambin-Walsh, Minister of Service NL, will bring greetings at a bench dedication ceremony hosted by the Avalon Chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD). The event is taking place Sunday, September 15 at the Manuels River Hibernia Interpretation Center in Conception Bay South, beginning at 2:00 p.m.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving is committed to stopping impaired driving and supporting the victims and survivors of this violent crime. Each year, from November to January, MADD’s Project Red Ribbon campaign emphasizes the importance of always driving sober and honours the innocent victims of impaired driving.
