| Summary: | The Town of Gander received an access to information request for all emails sent and received by a Town Councillor. The Town sought and obtained an extension from this Office. The Town failed to provide a final response to the Applicant and refused to cooperate with this Office during the investigation. The Commissioner concluded that the Town failed to comply with sections 13, 16, 44(2) and 97(4) the ATIPPA, 2015 and recommended that it take action to provide the Applicant with a response to the access request |
