Members of the public are advised that emails received from official Provincial Government emails may face temporary delays in the coming weeks as the OCIO implements changes to its email scanning system.

There is a potential that as a result of this change, email delivery from these accounts may be delayed anywhere from several minutes to two hours.

These delays are expected to persist for a few weeks, and the OCIO is taking all appropriate measures to minimize this impact.

If you suspect an email you are waiting on is being delayed, you are encouraged to follow-up by phone with the relevant contact.
