The Honourable Lisa Dempster, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment, will address Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador’s Urban Municipalities Committee meeting in Labrador City tomorrow (Thursday, August 15). Minister Dempster will speak at 8:30 p.m. at the Two Seasons Hotel, 96 Avalon Drive, Labrador City.
