The Honourable Lisa Dempster, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment, today announced that public consultations on the provincial environmental assessment process and regulations have resumed and will be open for feedback until Wednesday, July 3. Data gathered will be used to modernize the process and regulations and enhance environmental protection and industry regulation.

The public, businesses, and environmental, community and industry organizations are encouraged to be a part of the consultations process. Visit EngageNL.ca to register, fill out the online questionnaire, and read the discussion document.

Written submissions are also being accepted and can be emailed to EAReview@gov.nl.ca or sent by regular mail to:
