The Honourable Graham Letto, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment, will launch a new program through the Low Carbon Economy Leadership Fund tomorrow (Friday, March 8). Minister Letto will be joined by the Honourable Tom Osborne, Minister of Finance and MHA for Waterford Valley; and Byron Chubbs, Vice President of Energy Supply and Planning, Newfoundland Power, representing Take Charge. The event will take place at the Johnson Geo Centre, St. John’s, at 12:00 p.m.

The Low Carbon Economy Leadership Fund provides $89.4 million in federal-provincial funding over four years to support Newfoundland and Labrador’s climate action programs.
