Quotes
“Today’s funding announcement underscores the importance we place on local innovation and our continuing support for innovators in the province whose technologies, products, services and processes help our province work towards achieving our 50 per cent waste diversion goal as well as help protect our environment.”
Honourable Graham Letto,
Minister Responsible for the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board
“With these funds 3F Waste Recovery will be able to develop the innovative, mechanical composting solution at the core of its 98 per cent waste utilization target and create the potential for on-going manufacturing work on the Northern Peninsula. We are incredibly grateful to the Multi-Materials Service Board and the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador for supporting the prototype of this invention. Without these funds, this project may have never gotten off the ground”
