The House of Assembly advises that the Legislature will open for the fall sitting at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, November 4. The first order of business will be the election of Speaker. The process for electing a Speaker is outlined in Chapter 2 (SO 2 through SO 4) of the Standing Orders (www.assembly.nl.ca/HouseBusiness/StandingOrders/) .
