Government Holding Consultations for Review of the Health Research Ethics Authority Act

Members of the research community are invited to share opinions on how the Department of Health and Community Services can improve the Health Research Ethics Authority Act.

The Act provides the Health Research Ethics Authority with a mandate to ensure that health research involving human subjects in Newfoundland and Labrador is conducted in an ethical manner.

Those who wish to provide input can visit: www.engagenl.ca . The questionnaire will be available until Friday, December 13, 2019.

Questions regarding the consultation or those unable to complete the online questionnaire may request an alternate format by calling: 709-729-4084.
