Public Advisory: New Mailing Address for Some Government Supplier Invoices

  • Finance

November 5, 2019

The Department of Finance is advising all suppliers of goods and services to the Provincial Government of an upcoming change to the mailing address for some accounts payable invoices.

On December 2, 2019, the accounts payable office within the Department of Finance will move from its current location on Topsail Road in St. John’s to offices within Confederation Building.

As a result of this change, going forward all invoices should now be sent to:

Accounts Payable Processing
Department of Finance
100 Prince Phillip Drive
3rd Floor, East Block Confederation Building
P.O. Box 8700
St. John’s, NL
A1B 4J6

To ensure timely payment of invoices, suppliers currently bringing or sending paper invoices to the Topsail Road location should note this change in address which will take effect on December 2.

There are no changes to the process for electronic invoices (gnlinvoices@gov.nl.ca) or for invoices already being delivered to Confederation Building.

Any suppliers with questions about this transition are encouraged to contact the Accounts Payable Service Centre at 1-888-729-6199 or cspayables@gov.nl.ca
