The Honourable Tom Osborne, Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board, will be available to the media today (Thursday, June 25) to discuss Moody’s change to Newfoundland and Labrador’s credit rating. The availability will take place at 2:30 p.m. in front of the House of Assembly, East Block, Confederation Building.
