The Honourable Tom Osborne, Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board, will speak at the Rotary Club of St John’s Northwest luncheon tomorrow (Tuesday, February 12). The event takes place at the Holiday Inn, 180 Portugal Cove Road, St. John’s, beginning at 12:30 p.m.

Minister Osborne will discuss the successes of government’s balanced approach and about government’s plans through The Way Forward to achieve a prosperous future for Newfoundland and Labrador.
