The Honourable Gerry Byrne, Minister of Fisheries and Land Resources, will speak at a reception tomorrow (Wednesday, September 18) in support of the province’s lobster fishery. The event will take place in New Harbour at Quin-Sea Fisheries Limited, 1 Government Road, starting at 1:00 p.m.
