The Honourable Gerry Byrne, Minister of Fisheries and Land Resources, will speak at an announcement tomorrow (Tuesday, September 10) in support of northern cod research.  The event will take place at Memorial University’s Marine Institute, 155 Ridge Road, St. John’s at 11:00 a.m.
