The Honourable Gerry Byrne, Minister of Fisheries and Land Resources, will announce the details of a program that will help raise awareness of food self-sufficiency, support local food production and the agriculture sector tomorrow (Wednesday, April,10). The event will take place at 10:00 a.m., at the Elaine Dobbin Centre for Autism, 70 Clinch Crescent, St. John’s.

The new program will support the Provincial Government’s Way Forward commitment to double food self-sufficiency by 2022.
