The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will participate in the “Liberation 75” Tulip Planting Ceremony and Reception on the grounds of Government House tomorrow (Saturday, September 21). The ceremony begins at 1:00 p.m.

Premier Ball will join the Honourable Judy M. Foote, P.C., O.N.L., Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador, His Excellency Ambassador Henk Van der Zwan of the Netherlands, as well as Vice-Admiral Art McDonald of the Royal Canadian Navy.
