The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will participate in the Newfoundland Chocolate Company’s grand opening at Torbay Road Mall tomorrow (Friday, September 20).

The grand opening takes place at the Chocolate Factory, Café and Shoppe, Torbay Road Mall, 141 Torbay Road, St. John’s, beginning at 11:30 a.m.

Premier Ball will be joined by the Honourable Bernard Davis, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation.
