The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will speak at a flag raising and eagle feather presentation to mark National Indigenous Peoples Day, tomorrow (Friday, June 21). The ceremony will take place at the RCMP Headquarters, 100 East White Hills Road in St. John’s at 9:00 a.m.
