The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will make an announcement of programs and funding to increase energy efficiency and promote a low carbon economy tomorrow (Friday, March 15). Premier Ball will be joined by the Honourable Bernard Davis, Minister of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour and MHA for Virginia Waters – Pleasantville, and Nick Whalen, MP for St. John’s East.

The announcement will take place at the Fluvarium, 5 Nagles Place, St. John’s, at 9:00 a.m.
