The Honourable Carol Anne Haley, Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, will bring greetings at the 2019 Women of Distinction Awards today (Friday, March 8). The awards ceremony is being held at Clovelly, 100 Golf Course Road, St. John’s, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The Women of Distinction Awards are presented locally by YWCAs across Canada to recognize the leadership of women who contribute to the development and well-being of other women and to the overall improvement of the community.
