The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, and the Honourable Carol Anne Haley, Minister Responsible for the Status of Women, will announce a strengthened mandate to further support woman and girls in Newfoundland and Labrador tomorrow (Wednesday, February 27).

The event will take place at the St. John’s Convention Centre, 50 New Gower Street, at 9:00 a.m. The announcement is part of the commitments of The Way Forward.

Following the announcement, Minister Haley will host a conference on Women’s Leadership from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
