The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will deliver an address to the Rotary Club of St. John’s during the organization’s luncheon tomorrow, (Thursday, January 10). The event begins at 1:00 p.m. at the Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland, 115 Cavendish Square.
