The Honourable Brian Warr, Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, will be in Springdale tomorrow (Friday, November 29) to hold an early learning and child care event at the Training Wheels Family Resource Centre on 83 Little Bay Road. Minister Warr will be joined by Patricia Lawlor, Chair of the Board of Directors of the Family Resource Centre as well as staff, children and parents. The event will begin at 10:30 a.m.
