The Honourable Brian Warr, Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, will participate in an event to launch the Avalon Mall’s new organics recycling program tomorrow (Friday, October 25). The event, as a part of Waste Reduction Week, takes place by the food court entrance at the Avalon Mall, 48 Kenmount Road, St. John’s at 10:00 a.m.
