The Honourable Brian Warr, Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, will attend the Roots of Empathy Annual Baby Celebration tomorrow (Thursday, June 6). The event is scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m. at the Newfoundland and Labrador English School District Conference Centre, 40 Strawberry Marsh Road, St. John’s.

Roots of Empathy is an international, evidence-based classroom program that has shown significant effect in reducing levels of aggression among school children by raising social and emotional competence and increasing empathy.
