The Honourable Al Hawkins, Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, will attend the 54th Annual Kiwanis Musical Festival in Grand Falls-Windsor tomorrow (Friday, April 5).

The festival will take place at the Gordon Pinsent Centre for the Arts, 3 Cromer Avenue, Grand Falls-Windsor, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
