The Honourable Lisa Dempster, Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development, will speak tonight (Wednesday, December 4) at the MADD Avalon Annual Vigil in Remembrance of Victims and Survivors of Impaired Driving.
The vigil will take place at the Wesley United Church, 101 Patrick Street, St. John’s, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
