Derek Bennett, Parliamentary Secretary for Children, Seniors and Social Development, will bring greetings at the Coalition of Persons with Disabilities Newfoundland and Labrador AGM and Inclusion Awards tomorrow (Thursday, June 20).

The event begins at 6:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn, 180 Portugal Cove Rd, St. John’s.

The Coalition of Persons with Disabilities Newfoundland and Labrador strives to involve its members and all persons with disabilities in influencing change and policy towards the advancement of inclusion. The coalition’s main role is information, education and awareness of issues related to disability.
