The Honourable Lisa Dempster, Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development, will speak at the 2019 Labrador Winter Games’ Closing Ceremonies tomorrow (Saturday, March 23). The event takes place at 7:00 p.m. at E.J. Broomfield Memorial Arena, 2 Churchill Street, Happy Valley-Goose Bay.

Also at the closing ceremony, Randy Edmunds, Parliamentary Assistant to the Premier and MHA for Torngat Mountains, will present the Premier’s Cup to the community that amassed the most points at the games. Other awards will be presented by Minister Dempster, the Honourable Graham Letto, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment and MHA for Labrador West, and the Honourable Perry Trimper, MHA for Lake Melville.
