At the request of industry representatives, the deadline to provide input in response to an application from industry stakeholders requesting to designate Sprinkler Fitter as a compulsory certified trade in Newfoundland and Labrador has been extended to March 29, 2019.

The survey is open to employees and employers engaged in this scope of work and can be accessed by emailing compulsorycertifications@gov.nl.ca.The public is also invited

to provide input using this email address.
