Motorists are being advised of traffic reconfigurations that will come into effect when the new section of Team Gushue Highway in St. John’s from Kenmount Road to Topsail Road opens.

Eastbound motorists on Kenmount Road travelling to the Outer Ring Road will access the Team Gushue Highway via Kelsey Drive, as the ramp previously used to access Team Gushue Highway eastbound will now flow traffic west towards Topsail Road.

When the new section opens, it will be accessible via Kenmount Road, Captain Whalen Drive, the new Brier Avenue, Blackmarsh Road and Topsail Road.

Work on the extension is nearing completion. An update will be provided when the new section is ready to open.
