Contingency air services are being put in place for Fogo Island-Change Islands-Farewell while repairs are carried out to the MV Legionnaire. The exact timeline for completion of the repair work is still being determined; however, it is expected that the vessel will return to service over the next several days.

In keeping with the scheduled number of ferry trips, four trips per day will be available via air services as follows:

Fixed Wing Service

Departing Gander	Departing Fogo Island
7:30 a.m.	8:15 a.m.
9:15 a.m.	10:00 a.m.
2:00 p.m.	2:45 p.m.
4:00 p.m.	4:45 p.m.

Helicopter Air Service
Helicopter service between Farewell and Change Islands will be available for four trips per day on an as-needed basis, between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (or as daylight permits).

Passengers will be charged the standard walk-on ferry passenger fare for both fixed wing and helicopter services.
