The Honourable Christopher Mitchelmore, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation, will bring greetings at the Southcott Awards tonight (Monday, November 18). The event takes place at the Crow’s Nest Officer’s Club, 181 C Duckworth Street, St. John’s, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

The Southcott Awards commend the work of passionate individuals, families, community groups, and businesses who work to preserve our province’s built heritage. The Southcott Awards are named for one of Newfoundland’s most important nineteenth century building firms, J. & J.T. Southcott.
