The Honourable Christopher Mitchelmore, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation, will speak at the Maritime and Arctic Security and Safety (MASS) conference tomorrow (Thursday, November 15). The event takes place at the St. John’s Convention Centre, 50 New Gower Street, St. John’s, beginning at 9:00 a.m.

MASS18 is an international conference that focuses on the challenges associated with both northern and maritime environments.
