Sylvain Vinet, Region Head, Eastern Canada Region, CIBC Retail Distribution, will join Dean Brinton, CEO The Rooms Corporation, to launch the companion catalogue to the exhibition Beaumont-Hamel and the Trail of the Caribou: Newfoundlanders and Labradorians at War and at Home 1914-1949, this evening (Monday, May 7) at The Rooms, 9 Bonaventure Avenue, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

The catalogue contains first-hand experiences of the people who were involved in and transformed by the conflict. These stories are supported by the participants’ authentic objects and archival documents, many of which were lent or donated by the people from across Newfoundland and Labrador who came out to tell their family stories.
