Bernard Davis, Parliamentary Secretary for Service NL, will speak at the opening ceremonies of the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation Polka Dot Trot on Sunday, September 23.

The event will take place at the PowerPlex at 90 Crosbie Road in St. John’s. Registration starts at 8:00 a.m. The opening ceremonies will begin at 9:00 a.m.
