The Honourable Graham Letto, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment, will make a funding announcement for the Swilers Rugby Football Club tomorrow (Wednesday, December 12). Minister Letto will be joined by the Honourable Lisa Dempster, Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development, and Dr. Patrick Parfrey of the Swilers Rugby Football Club. The event will begin at 12:00 p.m. at the Swilers Rugby Football Club, 100 Crosbie Road, St. John’s.
