The Honourable Graham Letto, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment, will address a joint council summit hosted by the Northeast Avalon Joint Council in cooperation with the Eastern Regional Service Board tomorrow (Wednesday, November 14). Minister Letto will speak at 12:00 p.m. at the St. John’s Convention Centre, 50 New Gower Street, St. John’s.
