The Honourable John Haggie, Minister of Health and Community Services, will launch a mental health and addictions services questionnaire for youth and young adults tomorrow (Wednesday, October 10) at 11:00 a.m.

The launch will take place at Choices for Youth, 12-16 Carter’s Hill Place, in St. John’s.

Minister Haggie will be joined by Sheldon Pollett, Executive Director, Choices for Youth; and Angela Crockwell, Executive Director, Thrive.
