The Honourable Tom Osborne, Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board, will speak at the Rotary Club of St John’s Luncheon tomorrow (Thursday, April 12). The event takes place at the Sheraton Hotel, 115 Cavendish Square, St. John’s, beginning at 1:00 p.m.
