The Honourable Gerry Byrne, Minister of Fisheries and Land Resources, will make a funding announcement related to SPCA Newfoundland and Labrador tomorrow (Friday, December 21).

The event will be held at the NL West SPCA at 10 Connors Road in Corner Brook beginning at 2:00 p.m.
