The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will participate in the 68th annual Municipalities Newfoundland and Labrador Convention and Trade Show, to be held tomorrow through Saturday, October 4-6, in Gander. Also attending will be the Honourable Andrew Parsons, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment; the Honourable Al Hawkins, Minister of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour and MHA for Grand Falls-Windsor; and the Honourable John Haggie, Minister of Health and Community Services and MHA for Gander. The schedule is as follows: Thursday, October 4

• Premier Ball will participate in the opening ceremonies of the conference and trade show at the Joseph R. Smallwood Arts & Culture Centre at 6:30 p.m. Premier Ball will be joined by Minister Hawkins.

Saturday, October 6

• Minister Parsons will address delegates at the Annual General Meeting at the Joseph R. Smallwood Arts & Culture Centre at 8:30 a.m.
• Minister Parsons will address the closing banquet and present the Long Service Awards at 6:30 p.m. This event will take place at the Quality Inn and Suites, 100 Trans-Canada Highway.
