The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will speak at the official opening of Memorial University’s Signal Hill Campus tomorrow (Saturday, September 29) at 100 Signal Hill Road, St. John’s. The event begins at 11:00 a.m.

Premier Ball will be joined by the Honourable Al Hawkins, Minister of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour.
