The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will speak at the official opening of Wabush 3 tomorrow (Tuesday, September 25) at the Wabush 3 project site, Iron Ore Company of Canada, Labrador West. The ceremony begins at approximately 10:30 a.m. Premier Ball will be joined by the Honourable Siobhan Coady, Minister of Natural Resources.
