The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will announce advancements to health care and service delivery at the Carbonear General Hospital tomorrow (Tuesday, June 12). The event will take place at 12:30 p.m. on the third floor of the hospital.

Premier Ball will be joined by the Honourable John Haggie, Minister of Health and Community Services; the Honourable Steve Crocker, Minister of Transportation and Works and MHA for Carbonear – Trinity – Bay de Verde; the Honourable Sherry Gambin-Walsh, Minister of Service NL and MHA for Placentia – St. Mary’s; Carol Anne Haley, Parliamentary Secretary for Health and Community Services and MHA for Burin – Grand Bank; Betty Parsley, MHA for Harbour Main; Pam Parsons, MHA for Harbour Grace – Port de Grave; and Ken Baird, Vice President of Clinical Supports, Eastern Regional Health Authority.

Members of the media are asked to meet at the entrance of Carbonear General Hospital at 12:15 p.m. to be escorted to the event location.
