The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will launch the next phase of actions of The Way Forward on Tuesday, April 24. The news conference will take place at 12:00 p.m. in the Learning Commons at the College of the North Atlantic Campus located at 153 Ridge Road in St. John’s.

Premier Ball will be joined by the Honourable Tom Osborne, Minister of Finance and Minister Responsible for the Office of the Chief Information Officer, who will give a demonstration of one of the key initiatives in the next phase – government’s planned approach to providing “digital-by-design” service delivery.
