The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will give a keynote address at the Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Association’s Annual Rock Awards Gala tomorrow (Saturday, March 3) at the Delta St. John’s Hotel and Conference Centre. The event is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m.
