The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will deliver the keynote address today (Tuesday, February 13) at the Newfoundland and Labrador Oil and Gas Industries Association’s (Noia) Annual General Meeting. The luncheon begins at 12:30 p.m. with Premier Ball scheduled to speak at approximately 1:20 p.m.

Established in 1977, and now with almost 600 member companies, Noia is Canada’s largest offshore petroleum association. Noia’s core members provide products and services for the petroleum industry and associate members represent operators, trade associations, educational institutions and government bodies.
